Technical diagnostic
For one agent, retrieval workflow, ML pipeline or inference service that is underperforming or difficult to trust. The diagnostic starts from traces, representative failures and the current operating path. The output is a failure map, a ranked set of interventions and a 30-day engineering plan tied to the decision that prompted the review.

Embedded implementation
For a bounded production problem that needs senior technical ownership through delivery. Examples include agent orchestration, retrieval quality, model evaluation, privacy controls, MLOps reliability, geospatial ML and cloud inference paths. Handover includes the controls required to operate the system after the engagement ends.

Traces and real failure cases come before architecture opinions. A prototype begins with the production conditions it will face.
Narrow ownership
One consequential path gets an accountable owner. Broad transformation language usually means the boundary is still unclear.
Operable handover
The finished work includes tests, monitoring and recovery instructions. A future engineer should understand why each control exists.
